Learning someone you love is gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, or intersexual can be very distressing. PFLAG - Parents, Families & Friends Of Lesbians & Gays, promotes the health and well-being of Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Transgendered and Intersexual persons, their families and friends through: Support, coping with an adverse society; Education, enlightening an ill-informed public; Advocacy, working to end discrimination and secure civil-rights. PFLAG provides the opportunity for dialog about sexual orientation in a confidential setting. You do not have to be a member to attend our meetings. We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 13th & Rodney Sts, Wilmington, DE. We start at 7pm & end at 9pm. We meet in classroom #8, which is through the double oak doors on the 13th street side of the church, down the steps and all the way back to the next to last door on the right. There is plenty of parking on 13th street or across the street in the church lot.
